Guide to Fill Out the ICSA Form
Step 1: Create an Account
Registration
Click on the "Click Here" tab for new registration.
Step 2: Choose Categories
Categories:
Select the categories you wish to register for. For a description of categories, please visit the ICSA website.
Step 3: Save Your Progress
SAVE:
Before filling in the details of each category, make sure you click on the SAVE button to save your progress.
Step 4: Prepare Necessary Information
Store Photos:
Ensure you have all the necessary information and documents at hand before you start filling out the form. This includes:
- Participating store details
- Owner’s/Director’s name
- A folder containing 8 to 12 photos of the store
Customer Testimonials/Feedback:
Keep screenshots of customer testimonials or feedback handy.Step 5: Complete the Form
Fill in All Details:
Enter all the required details in each category and keep saving the form regularly.
Submit the Form:
Once the form is completed, proceed to the payment tab to submit the form.
Step 6: Payment Procedure
Payment:
Only once we receive the payment will the form be considered for participation.
Step 7: No Refunds/Refilling of Form
Final Submission:
Once the payment is made, no refund is possible.
After the form is submitted, no changes or edits can be made by the participants or the ICSA team.
